01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" — The pdtoto website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, gaming, and account-management services accessible at pdtoto.cam.
• "Account" — A registered user account created on the Platform, uniquely associated with a single individual Player.
• "Player / User" — Any individual who has registered a verified Account on the Platform and is eligible to use pdtoto's services under the terms of this Agreement.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited directly by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" — Promotional funds credited to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum amount a Player must bet, expressed as a multiple of a bonus or deposit, before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification procedures required by pdtoto prior to processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account monitoring.
• "Bet / Wager" — A real-money stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or other gaming market available on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" — The category of wagering that includes football (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and other sports markets offered on the Platform.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the sole transaction currency on pdtoto.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for service hours, draw times, and promotional deadlines on pdtoto.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pdtoto, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pdtoto enforces a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of pdtoto or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under a legal disability, guardianship, or any court order that restricts your financial activities, you may not use pdtoto.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from pdtoto or had an Account terminated by pdtoto for any reason. Attempting to re-register following exclusion or termination is prohibited.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the life of your Account.

03 Account Registration

Registration on pdtoto is subject to the following conditions:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pdtoto. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP), date of birth, residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. All information must be truthful and accurate.
3. Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pdtoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
4. Account Ownership: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any of its contents — including Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance — to any other person.
5. Account Activation: pdtoto reserves the right to conduct verification checks before activating a new Account or processing a first deposit. Accounts that fail verification will be declined or suspended pending further review.

04 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

pdtoto operates KYC procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. The following KYC requirements apply:

4.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name. pdtoto does not accept third-party payments.

4.2 When KYC Is Required

KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. pdtoto may additionally trigger a KYC review at any time if account activity warrants additional scrutiny, including but not limited to: withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000, sudden changes in betting patterns, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within seven (7) calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Continued non-compliance may result in permanent Account suspension and, where legally required, the reporting of account activity to relevant authorities.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers on pdtoto are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.

5.2 Supported Payment Methods

pdtoto supports the following local payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All payment accounts must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000
• Maximum single deposit: Rp 100.000.000
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 100.000.000

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance within minutes of successful transfer confirmation. Withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval; however, in exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawal processing operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

5.5 Fees

pdtoto charges no transaction fees on any deposit or withdrawal. Any fees charged by a Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pdtoto offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. pdtoto reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
3. Wagering Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Sports bets generally contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at reduced rates. Full contribution breakdowns are available on the relevant promotions page.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before an existing wagering requirement is cleared will void the existing bonus.
5. Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting promotions through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their Account immediately suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any associated winnings voided.
6. Promotional Withdrawal: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the portion of winnings that remains after the wagering requirement is fully satisfied may be withdrawn.
7. Promotion Changes: pdtoto may amend, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, but will not impact eligibility for bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pdtoto are governed by the following rules:

7.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted solely through the online Platform. Bets placed via any other method are void.
• All pre-match sports bets settle based on the official final result declared by the governing body or official league authority. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or voided match, all bets on that match will be refunded at odds of 1.00, except where the market has already been determined.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets settle on a combined basis; a single losing selection voids the entire betslip.
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only accepted once it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been displayed.
• For live (in-play) betting, bets settle according to the time the bet is registered on the pdtoto system, which is deemed final and binding.
• Settlement disputes must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours of the market settling using a Player's unique bet reference number. Beyond this period, bets are deemed settled and final.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), or by professional live dealers using standard casino equipment.
• Rounds are settled using the official game log. In the event of a disconnect during a live dealer game, the round outcome is recorded by the dealer's table camera and is deemed final.
• Any bet placed after a round has been completed, or where the bet confirmation exceeds the game's acceptance window, is considered void.

7.3 Togel & Numbers Games

• All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws use genuinely randomised, algorithmically generated or officially published draw results.
• Draw results are published in accordance with the schedule displayed on the Platform. Bets placed after the close of a draw period will be allocated to the next scheduled draw.
• Togel winnings are calculated at the published payout rates applicable to the market at the time the bet was placed.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pdtoto. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Creating or operating more than one Account per individual, or registering accounts in the name of another person.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to charge-backs, use of stolen payment instruments, or knowingly depositing unlawfully obtained funds.
4. Collusion with other players, or the use of any device, software, or automated bot to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Placing opposing bets or engaging in any form of matched betting designed to exploit bonuses without genuine wagering risk.
6. Use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
7. Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the Platform's systems, servers, or software through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or any other unauthorised means.
8. Scraping, mining, or harvesting data, content, or other information from the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
9. Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity inconsistent with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
10. Making abusive, threatening, or defamatory statements toward pdtoto staff, agents, or other players.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and any other material presented on the Platform — including the pdtoto name and brand — are the exclusive property of pdtoto or its licensors. This intellectual property is protected under international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for the limited purpose of personal betting and gaming activities. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or decompile any software associated with the Platform;
• Frame or mirror the Platform within any other website; or
• Use pdtoto's brand name, logo, or trademarks without the prior written consent of the Company.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pdtoto is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players in accordance with applicable Indonesian and international data protection regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the policies set out in the pdtoto Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by pdtoto for the following purposes: account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of promotional marketing communications where you have opted in. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting support.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. pdtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
2. pdtoto shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet connectivity disruptions, technical faults with third-party payment providers, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
3. The aggregate liability of pdtoto to any Player shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made into that Player's Account during the timeframe in which the claim arises.
4. pdtoto makes no guarantee of any specific winnings or outcomes, and all betting and gaming activities on the Platform are conducted at the Player's sole risk.
5. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits pdtoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pdtoto reserves the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any term of this Agreement;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has used a third-party payment method or has otherwise failed KYC verification;
• Continued operation of the Account would impact the integrity of the Platform or pose a risk to pdtoto or other players.

Where an Account is terminated for a breach of this Agreement, any remaining Real Money Balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach and applicable law. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request, any un-utilised Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, less any transactions already processed.

13 Responsible Gaming

pdtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. All Players must use the Platform responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

To assist with responsible play, pdtoto offers the following tools and measures:

• Deposit Limits: Alternative limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, which may be lowered at any time immediately, but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.
• Time-Out / Rest Periods: Players may take a defined break from the Platform for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours up to six (6) weeks. During a time-out, the Account is inaccessible for all real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or long-term self-exclude from pdtoto for a period of their choosing, ranging from six (6) months to indefinite. Self-exclusion is irreversible until the selected period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks / Session Reminders: Players may enable periodic reminders that display elapsed play time and current session balances.
• Loss & Win Limits: Optional limits on the maximum amount a Player is willing to lose or win within a defined period.

The pdtoto platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Anyone under 21 is not eligible to register or play. If a Player begins to feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing, they are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools above or contact the pdtoto support team for confidential assistance. 14 Amendments to This Agreement

pdtoto may amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material change will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or both. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after a revised version of this Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights, pdtoto will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Agreement, you may close your Account and cease using the Platform, in which case any un-utilised Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Clause 12.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the territories in which pdtoto operates and the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including its existence, validity, termination, or any question of its enforcement — shall first be referred to a process of good-faith negotiation. Should the dispute remain unresolved after thirty (30) days of negotiation between the Parties, it shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language in Singapore, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both Parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either Party from seeking injunctive relief or other judicial provisional measures before the competent courts, where necessary to protect the Party's rights or property.
